Avalanche Jumpseat/console Conversion

hey there,

I have an 05 avalanche with a full center console. Im looking to convert it to the jumpseat and have been reading up on what it entitles. doesnt look too hard to do but could use a couple of hints ,tricks, or advice.... also i am willing to trade my center console for the jumpseat/console if anyone is interested? it is that medium grey color
