Using Oil In My 09 Chev. Silverado Lt

My 09 silverado has been using oil. I notice bluish smoke out of the tailpipe every once in a while on start-up. I'm working with the dealer trying to remedy the problem. They pulled the oil pan off and change some kind of shield. That was 3 weeks ago and the smoking problem is back but haven't been back to the dealer yet to share my increasing concern of possibly having bigger problems. During the monitoring stage with the dealer i lost a quart and a half of oil in 3,000 miles. Is anyone having simular problems?

then go back and throw the keys at him and say"whats the regional service managers name and number?"

 

things will move MUCH faster,trust me
