4WD Transfer case

I hae a 99 Silverado z-71 and I dont care for the push button 4x4 selectors.  Is it possible to change to the lever?  I really like the lever on the Dodge Durango, is it possible to use that?

I'm not positive on this but I think the electronically controlled transfer cases are a different model of case than the manual controlled models. to make the change you would need the transfer case and shifter from a similar truck with a manual control, I doubt dodge parts would interchange.

BTW, i love engaging four wheel drive at the push of a button
