Spare tire jack

I need to move my jack from under the rear so to somewhere else. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I saw someone place it under the hood but I am not sure how this can be done.

Pretty easy, Jason Pendlum has done it, he can give you some further instruction.  But you just need to bolt it down to the fender brace.  I believe he used one existing hole and just drilled one more.  I ended up putting mine in an underseat storage compartment.

I did mine under the hood to. Got the idea from Jason waaayyy back. The only thing I suggest is to give the moving parts a shot of WD40 every time you change the oil. Especially the shaft, that will keep it from rusting under there.
