Code Po449 Relapse

I had this two years ago and replaced the evap solenoid and rerouted the breather by the transmission. It has come back in and was wondering if the valve is bad again or something else would give the PO449 code. The Truck is hardly ever off road or in dusty conditions. Anyone else have a repeat on this issue ?

Does anyone know how to check it ? I unplugged the wires and I am getting 14 Volts at the valve. The valve is open( I can blow through it) whether the wires have volts(truck running or off) or not. I guess the valve is bad again. I am gonna get the Advance Auto AC Delco part for about 32.00 buck I guess. I may give it a few days first to see if it clears but I kinda doubt it.
