4wd Issue?

i recently noticed if my truck is in 4wd driving straight no problems. however if i make a turn the truck hops as if it has a welded rear end and the tires skip.(earlier i was driving down the road and turned into a parking lot and it hummed while turning) (only does this in 4x4) also it seems like something is holding the truck back. if moving forward slowly the truck will come to a complete stop fairly quick. but as soon as i switch to 2wd in frees everything up and feels normal.

not sure if this could be a t-case problem or cv joints? this is my first 4x4
