Has anyone seen the Monte Carlo SS commercial with the passenger trying to drink his coffee and the driver keeps tapping his brakes?

 

Is that Nelly playing in the background? If so what song is it?

I think it is the one that says. "In the Black S S with the navigation"

 

I think it is titled "Eeeeya" or "E.I."
