Only 11,119 of the 36,510 total trucks made my year had the first 2 options, and 4,980 of the 36,510 had the F60 option....what does this option mean?

snow prep packages? obviuosly a heavy duty front end package of some sort. that dude ms3dale will chirp in shortly

I did a bit of research and it looks like it's the torsion bar ratings. Usually associated with the snow plow prep, but not always.

 

I couldn't find any real definitive info. for sure though.

It does have the snow plow prep package, but that was a separate RPO.

 

The only reason I was so curious is because not every truck had the same options, even with/without the plow prep. And because my truck in NOT an HD, but it does seem to have some nice "heavy duty" options.
