07 Gmt-900 Trailmaster 6" Lift Questions

Hi Everyone,

 

I have the opportunity to buy the Trailmaster 6" kit from a local guy used for WAY less than retail. He's missing the Add-a-leaf's which are available separate and also the extended brake lines which are also available separate. Other than that he's got the whole thing.

 

I don't see much of this kit on this forum, is there a reason? Even if it's super cheap I don't want to waste money on an inferior product, you need to trim the crossmemer, and also cut the tie rod end and intermediate shaft for this kit so I wouldn't want to do that for nothing. The guy said he had no issues and was able to go back to stock without issue either.

Not sure if I would buy this lift, looks a little rough. IMO you could pick up something much better, good luck.

I'd pass Shocks look like they'd need replaced too.

Trailmaster was the 1st CO to supply a lift for the gmt-900's. That kit looks a little beat up, but if the price is right, and everything is there, go for it.
