Thanks man. No Quarter= awesome Led Zeppelin song and answer to your question. How about you?

Never ran it? I don't have any slips either, I will this summer tho. I have done lots of data logging, and tried using my aeroforce intercepter gauge. It calculates that crap, I've tried GPS as well they seem to be close. With me in it , half a tank, my tool box in the back it's around 6800 lbs.

I should run 13.2-13.4, under 2 second 60' time...people with same truck exact same mods, same gearing, tuner and everything run 12.5-12.75 at stock height stock size tires. But I dunno yet, can't prove it YET...lolololol I will find out this summer tho!

Seat was out to clean, snapped a photo..

The times I think I've ran are pretty consistent with my gauge/GPS leaving at 7-8lbs of boost. I know I can boost launch a little harder but I don't want to with 35's. I have got a 1.8 60' time once tho...I've done alot of looking around too. My gauge seems pretty close to what real times would be, but I really don't know for sure....

Haven't even done a "mock" run yet. I have a scanguage II that has some performance features, like zero to speed times(0-60, 0-100) braking distances(60-0, etc.) and time to distance in feet. Plan to find a non public road and play around with launch parameters like rpm, 2wd vs 4wd and other variables. Callaway rates it at a 13.4 second quarter mile, and I should be right around there as I would never do any modification that would void my warranty...

At the HP you are running, it should be into 13 flat high 12 range IMO. Boost launch in 4x4, a tuned stock 6.2 can do 13's urs should be close to 13 flat depending on gearing..

6.2's are awesome, I've raced a few of them now for stock trucks they are beasts. No other half ton puts up a fight like the 6.2, a blown 6.2 would be a real threat in the trap. I can leave the line at 10# of boost tho, it leaves like a sling shot...

Duramax with lift pump, straight pipe, built tranny, stock engine/turbo with a good custom tune will run 12.8-12.9...stock tranny can run low 13's, if it doesn't limp half track. Tranny safe will run 13.8-14, a blown 6.2 would be fun. I would want a ride in that thing. It must be a rocket from a 60 roll...

Ya that's my plan, I wanna try it out as it sits. Then come back with tool box out, stereo out, smaller bumper, stock size tires and tail gate off. She what she runs then for comparison..stuck with the weight of the lift tho :(

Thanks Daryl. That 6.2 you're rollin' is pretty sweet as well.

Thanks. It'll look better though once I do the HD front clip conversion, make it sit a little higher, and add the street style fender flares painted to match with some wider wheels & tires. :)

BTW those headlights looks sweet!

Thanks bud! I like me a 6.2 too!! :)

And yes, I love them lights he's got on his truck too. Real classy, clean look to them. A+ in my book!
