when i start my truck up in morning it does not run smoothe at all it feels as if is running on 4 cyl instead of 8 177,000miles new plugs and wires fuel pump replace 2yrs ago fuel filter replaced at 125,000 fuel pressure reg. just purchased a iaic valve and annother fuel filter have not put the iac valve in yet. took it 2 auto parts store and had it scanned said 2 banks were lean don't know were to turn

Might check for leaking intake manifold gaskets. Or just intake leaks period. Also might check your fuel pressure reading.

checked intake gaskets last night and it seems to be were it is leaking used carb cleaner to ck for leak how much would all the gaskets be?

Gaskets at the dealer are around $125ish. Its a pretty simple job. Do yourself a favor when you have the intake off, remove all injectors from fuel rail and thuroughly clean the rails.
