Leveling 99-06 Silverado

So I'm probably going to buy a new set of keys to level my 03 Silverado. How many inches can I raise the front of my truck without risking too much excess wear? I've searched but there are so many different answers.

just get the ready lift leveling kit...those keys cant be overcranked
