Transfer Case 4wd Problem

03 2500HD 6.0L 4L80E trans with a NP263..... I just got done putting a new rear case half on my transfer case because the tail housing bushing wore out ...... But after I got everything back together my 4wd is not working now...... It did work before I dropped the transfer case and I had no problems split the case or getting it back together....... When I drive it and try to shift into 4wd, you can feel it shifting... The 4wd light will blink a few times and then it will go out..... It does the same thing when I try 4wd lo too..... No grinding or any odd noises at all..... I really don't want to drop the transfer case again but I will it I have to...... I did recheck all the electrical plugs that I disconnected and everything is hooked up....... I just don't understand what may have happened...... Any ideas????? The new case half did get rid of the vibration problem I was having so aleast I got that fixed....
