Fog Lights

So my truck didnt come with factory fog lights with the front valence. Currently im looking at one on ebay where the plastic is cut out for the fog light and its dirt cheap. Has anyone added fog lights to their truck that didnt come factory like this? id like to do this and convert them to hids and have them tied in with my highs to.
