Recommend T/c Rebuild Kit?

I need to overhaul the np263, not sure of the size of the input bearing. I know I can get the chain at car-quest. I need some advise of who I should order from. I also need the updated snap rings and either a new tailshaft or just the bushing. The online options are overwhelming.

Well I have decided to get a reman one and do the pump and snap ring upgrade myself, unless the new ones come with that done. I dont want to wait for parts all the time and i hate how people look at you when your truck makes strange noises.

UPDATE... I did a quick check today...I pulled the drain plug and emptied a couple ounces into a glass jar (no pump rub-through yet!) I swirled a magnet around in the fluid and lo and behold there is a thick coating of very fine metal particles in the fluid. Grey in color looks like graphite. Im going to talk to someone at a transmission shop on monday but I will at least have to rebuild the case/buy a reman.

I also jacked up the rear end and with the truck in drive spun the driveshaft by hand. I can detect a faint sound reproducing what I hear driving around town. Sounds like metal pieces rattling around.

I put a new gasket and filter in the 4L80 today to that annoying leak that it had since I bought it used. One owner though! I drained the T-case fluid. It had the consistency of graphite. I added two quarts of Dex 3. I didnt help the noise but peace of mind.
