Hey guys, I was wondering if you know of any good websites that go over ECM tuning and programs. I'm really interested in this stuff and wanna read up on it/play around when I get bored.

actually.. ECM is correct... that's the Engine Control Module... then that is paired with a TCM - transmission control module... but those two modules are on newer vehicles...

 

your older 1997 has a single PCM - powertrain control module - which contains both the engine and tranny parameters in a single module...
