Squealing Sound When Making A Right Turn

Hey guys got a quick question. On a 2003 Silverado 1500 z71 with the 4.8l. Every time you make a right turn it makes a sound like the wear sensors on the brakes are rubbing the rotors. I checked the brakes and they are ok, the brakes are like new. I was thinking maybe it was the hub bearings but there was no play in it when you move the wheel.

 

 

Any tips would be great
