"new" 1981 C10 On The Block

My husband and I just brought home a new family member last week, a 1981 C10 short bed with a 1986 305. She is a great truck and runs strong but her electrical is a hot mess. Our goal is to get her back to perfect "stock" condition then move onto the mods. My husband and I have a enough experience working on cars to know that there is no way we can this restore on our own, and that the best thing we can do is look to these forums for help and advice.

We are excited to get started on this project and welcome any and all advice. I will be posting our questions/photos soon, and often!
