Black Tail Pipe 5.3l

ive been noticing that i have a black tail pipe...its like my truck is burning black......today i noticed black drops on my chrome bottom mud flaps and black spots on my box behind the tail pipe.....i first thought it was some tar i drove thro but after going to the car wash and having it wash off easy im thinking its oil now.....i have never had a new truck that had a black tail pipe like this....

 

it is burning oil between oil changes i put a litre in between changes... my oil changes are every 5000kms.....

 

my current truck is a 2010 silvy with a 5.3 with afm......my last truck was a 2007 silvy with a 5.3 and afm and i never had this issue my tail pipe was clean......

 

my truck has 30,000kms and still under warranty so i will be taking it in but i want to hear if this is common so i can tell the dealer

It's the wonderfully formulated gasoline and the way these engines are controlled by the computer to pass emissions and mileage requirements by the Feds.
