2005 Suburban Rear Heat

In my 2005 Suburban, the rear heat worked a week ago, but now just blows cold no matter what you do. Can anybody point me to where the heat exchanger and control module would be located for the rear-zone heating?

I had an 04 and I thought it was in the back on the passenger's side behind the panel under the window. That panel isn't easy to get off. I didn't have the problem but I heard from others that there is a ground that sometimes is loose and that simply tightening it will fix the problem. I'm not sure if it's for this problem for sure or not because it's been a little while.
