try that. its not for silverados, its on an FJ forum, but theyre not talking about the vehicle, theyre talking about the tires on several different vehicles. and primarily their effect in canada with snow an slush.

How do you like the Terras?

friend of mine just put a set of 285/60r18 dunes on his truck (i think that is the size they are 60 or 65) and they dont make horrible road noise, but i have goodyear wrangler at/s tires on mine (stock size) and performance on and off road are the same, or so it seems. they look good, but that is about it.

when mine are worn out, i think i am going for a set of dunlop fierce a/t's 285/70r17. does anybody have any experience with these? i know they have the look i want

They're a good tire. I've had two sets but don't plan on buying them again. I'm going to switch it up and get the trails.
