Ordered 3" Body Lift

after looking through as many posts i can for pictures and such i ordered a 3"PA body lift. already having 33s on my truck with a t-bar crank to level a little i just wanted to make it look a little more beefier than the stock height. i rarely get out in the mud and if i do it isn't very deep so a suspension lift is way overkill for the look i want. i will definately post pictures once i get the lift on my truck.

 

i haven't ordered gap guards yet but i'm gunna put them on too. can't stand the look of the gap

thats going to look nice. you should modify your step bars somehow so there isnt a 3" gap. but thats totally up to you. i have been meaning to drill holes 1" higher for my step bars so they sit where they are supposed to on my truck. which is also and extended cab and i would have to find a 1" longer bolt for the middle rest, and a 1" spacer. nice looking truck

thanks, yeah i'm gunna leave them off first then decide if i should put them back on. they do block a lot of stones from the a/t so i'll probably put them back on and redrill them higher

thats pretty much their main purpose is to protect from stone chips. i am not sure where you live but if you dont have any dirt roads that you travel. i wouldnt worry about them.

I'd leave them on, they double as a gap guard for the frame too
