4045chad Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 What 2010 models support Onstar remote link. I have a 2010 2500hd ltz I would have assumed it would support remote link however the app is telling me it is not supported on any of my registered vehicles.

Nothing 2010 is supported. 2010 vehicles have GEN 8 VCIM's and Remote Link is a GEN 9 option
4045chad Posted October 11, 2011 Author Posted October 11, 2011 I assume GM does not allow upgrades to the Gen 9 programming as I now see it is available on 11 an 12's.

Trucks are not supported however: 2010 vehicles supported per OnStar website: https://www.onstar.com/web/portal/connectionsexplore?tab=2 Chevrolet Avalanche Impala Suburban Tahoe Traverse Buick Enclave Lucerne GMC Acadia Yukon Cadillac DTS Escalade - for 2011/2012 the Silverado and Sierra were added, but only for vehicle containing the TPMS system. ---
