Pitman Arm Alignment

Replaced Pitman Arm and wheel is off 180%
Is it possible that I installed arm 90% off.
Their are 4 channels so it can go on 4 ways.
I thought I did it right and am freaking.
COuld you be 90% off and have it still work at all?
I aligned wheel with toe in adjust but it turns 1.3 rev
left and 1.7 right. Something is screwy.
How far can this steering box rotate the arm?
