Rpms Are Extremely Erratic

I had a tune done by BB back in June. I just recently upgraded my rims and tires from stock (265/65/18) to 275/70/20. I noticed immediately that my truck was pretty sluggish so I emailed Justin and asked him to modify my tune. I logged some data for him and have yet to hear back (it's been a week). However, yesterday and today I noticed my RPMs fluctuating like crazy between about 1000-1400 RPM when traveling between 38-42 MPH. I seriously don't know if this has to do with the gearing or the tune or some sort of larger issue with the engine. I am not going to get TOO excited until I get the new tune back from Justin... if it happens after the new tune is installed, well...crap. I don't think that when I logged the data that this was happening because I feel like I definitely would have noticed. I don't want to keep sending Justin email's because I know he is super busy, but this has me pretty freaked out.
