and somehow, I'm recieving emails for just about everything that gets posted....how do I stop the madness...HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :lol:

Go to "my controls", look under subscriptions. Look under forums and topics. Delete any subscription you do not wish, or change them to no notifications.
