Back To Stock Height With Offset Bushing

Recommended Posts

I was thinking about removing my 4/7 drop on my truck and putting it back to stock and then running a front leveling kit.

I currently have the offset rubber bushing installed on the upper control arm. It makes the upper arm a bit longer by a 1/2". Will this cause any alignment issues when going back to stock or adding the leveling kit?

Thanks,

I would think it would cause big problems especially after a leveling kit. You will be riding with your tires looking like this \----/

What he said ^^^^^ ...you need to take out the bushing/spacer

So if I were wanting to go higher I could benefit from turning the bushings around to shorten the arm right? Im liking the looks of the 2WD trucks with that 3" spindle and 2" spacer up front.

If you are talking about pulling the UCA in towards the frame then that won't work because the UCA will hit the coils on down travel.
