Just a short note on Real Truck's exceptional customer service.

Last Fall I ordered some Go Rhino Dominator II step bars from Real Truck. This summer the passenger side bar starting "flaking" so I emailed Go Rhino and never got a response. I figured I see if Real Truck could point me to a good contact at Go Rhino since they sell the products. I send an email to RT explaining my problem and assuring them I didn't feel it was their problem but just looking for some help contacting Go Rhino. I received email back from Jenn Powers (RT) and she said she would contact Go Rhino and see what they say. Well after a month or two I received a brand new pair of Dominator II's from Go Rhino. The delay was on Go Rhino and Jenn was the person who kept on them until they finally agreed to ship me a new set. (I had only hoped for a passenger side replacement)

 

Any way: Real Truck, in my experience, rates at the top for Customer Service and will have all of business from this day forward.

 

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Real Truck to anyone considering placing an order.
