Need input on rims

Hey y’all look for some advice. I have read every “will it fit thread” in here and on other sites so I got a good idea and already have some experience with this kind of stuff but what drags me down is the rim offset/backspacing bull. So here goes, I am looking at putting 18’s on my truck and right now (my mind might change next week) I will go with the Fuel Octane 18x9 chrome, and 325/60R18 cooper discovers or something like it. My truck has the T-bars cranked, will be adding the Cognito UCA, Bilsteins, and doing the large finder mod.

Question is what do y’all think would be the best offset/backspacing? The rims come in either -12/4.5, 01/5.1, 14/5.6, or 20/5.8

(i take it back). The GMT-800's take about 4.5" of backspacing... the GMT-900's take about 5.5" of backspacing. But thats for the 1500's, not the 2500s. Not sure how that applies to the 2500's.
