Express 3500 rear hvac or heat

Hi all. We have my father's 2007 chevy express 3500. The rear passenger blower only works in high. We get nothing on med and low. My thoughts are the blower resistor. However, I am looking at diagrams on auto zone. They seem to have a few more configuration options than I expected. The front controls don't control much of anything in the rear. The rear controls are overhead I'm the headliner above the mirror. There is no AC push switch. Also no rear audio controls.

 

My other thoughts are that the diagrams are wrong. Anyone know any quirks? I could be over thinking this too.
