2011 Yukon Navigation in 2009

I just bought a 2009 Yukon Denali with factory nav, no USB. I am looking to upgrade to a factory nav with USB and from what I've read here the 2010 nav, part # 25966513, will work.

My question is, will the 2011 nav work in my 2009? It looks to be the exact same connections in the back, it's just a different part number: #22776895.

Thanks for the tips!

From what we know about it, you'll need the USB harness, the USB female plug and trim that goes in the center console, then you'll need to program it, which might be difficult depending on the dealership you choose to get involved with. Most won't program for any features that weren't there from the factory due to the limitations of the GM TIS, and that radio may only take programming as though it's in a 2011 vehicle. You should ask those questions and get good answers long before you consider throwing any money at it.

Hate to be a salesman here, but at over $1500 on EBay for this factory navi, it might be worth looking at the Advent, because it will outperform the factory unit in just about any way you try and measure it and cost you 30% less...

Thanks for the reply. I'm bidding on one, and if I can get it for under 700 or so, I should be able to sell my current one for minimal loss. Plus.... I really really really want to keep everything a factory looking as possible.

Just so you are aware Part# 22776895 is made for the vehicles with the rear DVD system.(RPO-UUK) Part Number 22776896 (RPO-UUL) is the same unit except that it is does not play DVD movies because it comes in trucks without the rear DVD system. Both have USB and are both designed to work with the Bose system. I'm not sure these 2 units will work in your truck if it doesn't have the Bose. Check Ebay, I got mine brand new (22776896) with a Nav Disc for $400.00. Just be patient and you'll find one. There is no need to pay an exorbidant price.
