Please clean out your PM inbox (or tleast keep it steadily under 70 saved messages)or you will not be able to send out or recieve messages.

I did this and it still doesnt work

 

I cleared everything and it worked.  Then last night when i tried to send one it wouldnt let me

Unfortunatly, it seems like everything must go and you have to start over from zero in both your sent and recieved boxes in order for it to work...

thats what i had to do, clean out both boxes

You shouldnt have to completely delete it, deleting a few worked for me.  Although, i did turn up the messages allowed but still try to keep them pruned guys, so someone can contact you if they need to.
