PLEASE HELP- 2002 1500 Parking Brake Flange Question

I just put new parking brake shoes and adjusters on my 2002 1500 2wd. However, I forgot to use the small pins in the parking brake wheel cylinder (not really a wheel cylinder , the thing with the adjuster in it, that the lever goes into). My question is whether I have to take it all apart again, or will the pin go in through the back, if I pull the lever out of the back?

just take it apart,it wont fit in the back,do it right
