Engine stall

When I start the engine and engaged in gear the engine stall (this could happen once a week), the dealer had no idea of what is causing this problem.

if I let it run for a couple of second everything is good.

I just had a problem with my 2010. It would occasionlly stale after it was started, just turn off. Then last week I was listening to the radio while waiting for someone and got a warning; BATTERY LOW, START ENGINE. Had the battery tested yesterday and it failed the test at the GMC dealer and they replaced the battery under warranty. Only had about 1/2 the power is should have had and that was after driving it 100 miiles/
