Only saw once in this forum, but if you've been telling him this before, I guess you would still be a broken record. Wasn't trying to stir up anything, just calling it as I saw it, ya know?

 

Now as I re-read all this, we were all telling him the same thing. Something is shot in there, and that usually means a complete rebuild or a replace. 175,000 miles is a lot for most transmissions anyway. Unless he finds anything interesting when the pan is pulled, it looks like it may be time to spend some big $ unfortunately.
