The harness from the camera to the connecting harness under the bed, yes. The complete harness that runs from the head unit to the rear of the truck, no.

what would i need to install this to work with factory nav? As i haven't installed the factory nav yet (i plan on doing that this week when it comes in)

You would need the wire harness that runs along the frame from the head unit to the rear license plate. Thats it.

because if i can get the harness fairly cheap id be interested in this.

The rest of this harness is $$$$$$ So it is going to push the cost up thereif the buyer does not allready have one. If you cannot get what you are asking shoot me your bottom dollar. I am going to use it to run tests with so I do not want to have a bunch in it.
