jerky acceleration

I have a 92 Sierra 5.7 liter

When i cold start truck it idles fine and accelerates fine until truck warms up. Then after it warms up that's when the problem starts. If i take off from a stop and slowly accelerate it starts to bog down on and off until I give it just a little more gas. I've figured out that if i give it a little more gas right away from the stop that it won't bog and it will accel like it should. What could be causing this slow accelerate jekyness. Egr valve? Bad injecters?

could be EGR valve, also could be a fuel pump starting to go.My sons 95 was doing the same thing then the fuel pump died, replaced the fuel pump then it was the EGR valve,we just unpluged the solenoid to it and now it works fine.

UPDATE: I replaced tp sensor and fixed half the problem. Then replaced Egr and now it runs perfect

On our 94 Buick 5.7L I had to remove, disassemble and clean the EGR valve every 30,000. At $90, I just bought the first replacement and then kept a cleaned one on the shelf to swap out at the first sign of stumbling at take off.
