A/C Problems 1999 GMC Sierra 2500 4x4 6.0 New Body Design

A/C compressor kicks in on cold engine but 15 min into drive compressor shuts off resulting in warm air. Checked LS and pressure is Maxed out. Vacuemed down entire system 30 min, recharged system with 134A (2 cans). Sames things happens. System is building up too much pressure. Please help! Thanks

Restriction. Check the orfice tube.

What are the kick in and kick out pressures you are seeing on the low side? Should be around 45 and 25 psi. Are two cans (# of ounces) the exact amount that are specified for your truck?

Small high side line right near the reciever/drier. You'll see the bulge in the line and there is a bolt together line connection right there. It is in that line where the bulge is.

Found that the clutch is semi gone. Goes in and out. Can bump the clutch with a prybar and it will engage. Can you replace just the AC Compressor Clutch? Best place to buy?
