Same thing happen to me, I brought it to the dealer and they repacked the yoke.  After driving around for 2 days, the clunk returned.  I have to bring it back in next week.  I have a feeling that it is going to be one of those never ending problems.

Here's a link to a thread from a while back:

Slip Yoke Info...

Look at my post 14th from the top.  I described the procedure I used to stop the noise/bump.  It worked from about 10000 miles and was still doing fine (no noise etc) when I traded my Silverado about 25000 miles and a year or so later.  Sorry the photos I had up are long gone now but P-mail me if you need more info.  It's an easy job and should take less than 45 minutes including transfer case fluid change.

Thanks Hillski! I'll do that and my t case fluid at the same time

when it gets a little nicer out (N.of Chicago). I'm closing in on

20k miles.
