Jagged idle

I need some suggestions. My truck is starting to get a rough idle, particularly when it is at running temp. Checked all the plugs (NGK TR55) all fine and gapped at .060. MSD wires are all connected tight. Hooked up my buddies ATAP and the O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1 is all over the map from 50mV to 740mV. The right sensor is a constant 738mV. First isn't this an increadably high voltage at idle? Second what else would cause the rough idle? Clogged injector? At part and full throttle both sensors are perfectly even. Don't know what is causing this. Any help would be great.

when you say this, does the right sensor even change mv?

, cause with what you say about the right sensor at idle at a constant 738mv, that sensor is toast!!, its stuck reading a rich condition, so the computer is taking away fuel making idle rough. an o2 sensor os supposed to fluctuate between 50mv-750mv, that is a good working sensor, and when you see a sensor that doesnt move, its toast, no questions asked.
