Fuse 31 is the tbc 4cc what ever that is and fuse 33 is the front wipers.

Dealers can't turn off DRL. They a mandated safety feature by the Gov't. 1/2 a mpg less with DRL????? I'd love to see that. So the fact that I can't see you, cuz your lights are off, is worth the 1/2mpg and changing a bulb every now and then? Different strokes for different folks. I turn on my headlights (not DRL) so people see me and I don't have to dodge them.

In Canada yes. In The U.S. Nope.

 

I think if someone can not see a 5000 LB Black SUV with its headlights off in broad daylight ought not be on the road. I find that most cars DRLs are very distracting during the day time. Like Saturns. I hate when one gets behind me the glare in the mirror is annoying.
