Need audio help for my truck.

Did that radio come with the truck when purchased? Sounds to me like wires are loose because there is no way the sound should be that low with the volume settings you show in the video.

no it didnt we bought it used in 2008 it came with aftermarket kenwood radio so we replaced it with that 6 cd changer radio. the speakers are all stock
