OGM1 Install

So I had my Advent OGM1 installed today and I have a couple questions. The guy who installed it said I would lose XM radio. I searched and didn't see a thread about this. He said I had to order a Jensen adapter. The second thing is I have steering wheel controls. If I hold the voice button it goes to OnStar and if I press it for a second it just mutes the radio. Is there a way for me to make a voice call using this button? My truck did not come with factory bluetooth. TIA

p.s. I bought the OGM1 from a member on the forum so if this Jensen adapter was supposed to come with I don't believe that I got it.

You don't need any adaptor for XM. The harnesses that come with it do everything. You won't be able to use the steering wheel button to answer calls.

Ok got the XM figured out. Another question. On the stock radio I could flip through my XM presets on the steering wheel. When I had finally hit the highest preset it would go to the next page. Is there a way to make the OGM1 do that as well. At the moment it just stays on that page.

Nope, cant do that. I have been asking for that feature since the first day I got the OGM1. Based on how little had changed on the last firmware and how long it took to release, I doubt we will see a feature that "complicated" be introduced in future updates but I assume one can hope.

What they should have done is made that next button (the one with the ">" symbol) change presets but leave the up/down buttons for changing stations. Instead all three change presets - dont get that at all.
