catch all mats

i got those catch all mats for a xmas present. i got the ones that are color coordinated, mine are red. every time i get in or out of my truck they pop off their tabs that hold them in place, kind of annoying.they look really awesome sitting inside the truck.but i don't think they are worth 90 bucks to catch mud. just my opinion

I just take some baling wire, coat hanger, or some other type of stiff wire, and loop it through your floor mat, and the seat mounts. Bend it to your needs, and trim it off. Cheap and easy.

 

Mats will stay put after that.

 

You can even paint them to match. If thats your thing.

gomer, make sure that the screws that hold them down are turned 90 degrees from the slot it snaps into with a small screwdriver.  Mine used to do the same quite often, until a buddy showed me this trick.  I have also heard of using adhesive back velcro (hook) fastened to the back side of the mounts.  Good luck
