No clear corner lights for GMC Yukons?

I just bought a new GMC Yukon (2003), and I want to add clear headlights and signal lights to the front end. I don't like the stock orange lights. I've searched stylinconcepts.com and other vendors and it seems that clear headlights are not made for GMC's. Could this be correct? Seems strange that companies, like APC, would make them for Tahoe's but not Yukons.

Can someone point me in the right direction please.

Any help is appreciated.

actually the best way to do it is to mod them yourself.. the red reflector inside just pop's off.

You can take the headlights apart by letting them warm up inside, then taking a flat blade and running it around the full edge until they pop apart...

then just reseal them with some clear epoxy

That's some great info larry E, but what do you mean by "letting them warm up inside". And by "blade", do you mean a sharp blade like a knife to cut the seal or do you mean something like a putty knife?

I think I want to do this, but it sounds like I could screw up my headlights in the process.

I can't believe that no one makes a clear headlight piece for the new body style Yukon.

You can find the clear turns, just look around. The headlights you do yourself. Sometimes its easy, sometimes the GM monkey puts too much glue and it makes it hard. But it is still a home job either way.

The clear front turn signal lamps are readily available for the FS GMC trucks. Try ebay or www.pacificie.com or www.procarparts.com

Joe, thanks a million! I'm gonna try that set-up on my Denali to, other than a slight variation in the lower turn signal lamps, I think they are pretty identical.
