8.1 Exhaust True Duals or X Pipe

I have an 8.1L and had a custom exhaust installed. Its a true dual exhaust with 2 pipes straight back with muffs and cats. I hate the mufflers i have some they are coming off.

 

My Question is should i install an X pipe in there or keep in the true duals 2 separate pipes? Thanks

X pipe..place it just behind the trans cross member. will help on scavenging your exhaust. may pick up a little more of your bottom end HP/TQ
