Help Please

I have a 2008 Silverado with HIDs installed. Im having a reaccurring problem. My drivers side ballast is continuing to burn out. I have replaced 3 now and on my 4th with just over a year. I have the power relay wired in . I was told this would solve the problem. Not a huge electricalguy so i am turning to you guys. Help.... What could it be?

swap the bulbs and keep the ballasts on the same spot. if the ballast burns out again you know it bad ballasts. if the other side burns out then you know the bulb is causing it to burn out...let me know how it works out
