Front mounted hitch

Im looking into a frount hitch for my XL, wondering if anybody has one, or a picture of one installed. I wanna know how low it hangs, and how much it sticks out. Im just tired of towing in drive, I thought I would try it in reverse

According to the link they are only available for the 2500 in the new body style? Does anyone have one on a 1500?

try searching for a hitch mounted winch, they may have one for the front end of a 1500.

The Hidden Hitch one comes out in the slot of the front air dam unless you mount it as for the stock 1500 Silverado, then it hangs about 3 inches below the airdam. I have this on my Silverado. I put the HD airdam on it so it comes out the slot in the middle of the airdam. Here is how they look on a Tahoe Military Tahoe pic

Hey3/4TonYukonXL,

I don't have any info regarding your hitch question, but I saw in your signature that you have custom clear headlights. I just bought a 2003 yukon, and I want to put clear headlights on it, but, to my amazement, no one makes them. How did you get yours clear? And what brand are your clear corners?

I've got one on my F150. It is for a winch....it can be mounted on the front or back. When it was installed, they simply cut a square hole in the air dam and its there...I plan on getting a hitch plug for it eventually.
