Best Chrome polish//protectant ??

You can't really polish chrome especially the plastic type. You can clean it and wax it like you would a painted surface. Our Jeep has a plastic chrome strip in the bottom of the lower front opening that was getting dinged/sanblasted from road debris really quickly. I covered it with 3M film which stopped the problem. You can tell the film slightly dulled the shine/reflective property of the chrome but it is a lot better than the alternative.

Blue Magic (can be found at Auto Zone) is a polish and protectant. It has silicone in it so so it will repell water and lasts longer than Never Dull IMHO altough Never Dull is nothing to shake a stick at either! A little trick I learned is to use the red charmin as it doesnt contain any wood particles (minute particles) so it wont leave very fine swirl marks. I use it on all the old school bmx bikes I build and sell and I cant sing its praises enough!
