Carb cleaner

Can I use regular carb cleaner on my 350 vortec? Also what's the difference between chlorinated and non- chlorinated?

To do what exactly? If you mean clean it then yes you can. non chlorinated is a little better for your health when you breath it in which you will, its also "easier" on plastics and paints but still make an effort to keep it off them. Non chlorinated doesn't have acetone in it.

sorry on my throttle body even though it is injected?

yup its fine. Just take the throttle body off first, i like to use a tooth brush on the hard to clean spots.
