To do what exactly? If you mean clean it then yes you can. non chlorinated is a little better for your health when you breath it in which you will, its also "easier" on plastics and paints but still make an effort to keep it off them. Non chlorinated doesn't have acetone in it.

yup its fine. Just take the throttle body off first, i like to use a tooth brush on the hard to clean spots.
